Wendy R. Ellis, President and Creative Director
Wendy Ellis co-founded Space Coast Advertising in 1992. Under her direction, a single guiding principle has shaped the Agency’s growth: Client Focused, Results Driven. With 30 years of experience as an agency manager and artistic imagineer, she is well known for her ability to conceptualize, design, and implement marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms. Clients have received numerous awards for the Agency’s work, regionally, statewide and nationally.
As the first woman chairman of the Tourist Development Council, Wendy founded the Space Coast Film Commission. She currently serves as a board member of the Merritt Island Redevelopment Agency, the FPTA Marketing Committee, Transit One, the Council for Transit Advocacy, and was a founding member of the Greater Titusville Renaissance. A Chamber of Commerce Woman of the Year, she was also inaugurated into the League of Extraordinary Women. Wendy graduated from Sullivan University with a degree in Marketing and Travel Management.
Bonnie Campion, Vice President Sales and Marketing
Bonnie officially joined Space Coast Advertising in 2015, however, she has worked closely with the agency since 1990. As a former Custom Publishing Specialist with Gannett Publications she oversees all of the Agency’s printing and collateral material. Bonnie is extremely effective in public relations, media sales and placement, project management, and creation of print and digital publications.
From start to finish, Bonnie has produced the official advertiser-funded magazine of Brevard County Government, Brevard Delivers. By executing numerous publications, projects and events, she has established long-term relationships with strategic business partners such as the Canaveral Port Authority, Brevard Cultural Alliance, the Library Foundation, Brevard County Sheriff’s Office, the Space Coast Office of Tourism, and the Brevard County Communication’s Office. Bonnie attended Rutgers University and is a licensed realtor.
Terry Nail, Senior Graphic Designer
Terry Nail, a multiple Addy Award winning graphic designer with over 20 years of experience in both digital and print media and has worked with the Agency since 2005. Terry possesses extensive knowledge in brand identity, publication design, event advertising, and multi-media design. Terry creates graphics for all collateral, digital and print media, and displays. He enjoys being challenged, holds a firm belief that design should answer a defined set of goals, and strives to balance creativity with analytical relationships in all creative mediums. He frequently invests his talents in the community and was named Volunteer of the Year for creating the brand identity of The Achievement Academy, a special needs pre-school. Terry received a degree in Commercial Art & Design from the Tampa Technical Institute.
Bonnie King, Production Coordinator
After she retired as Deputy Director of the Space Coast Office of Tourism, we were thrilled when Bonnie joined theAgency to continue our 35-year production partnership. As a former 32-year Film Commissioner for Brevard, Bonnie is perfect in her role as coordinator of video and still production, including locations and on-camera talent. She also excels in front of the camera and compliments the agency’s ability to build community by helping plan and MC special events and functions for our clients.
Bonnie’s 10 years of experience in mall management, marketing and advertising, combined with 5 years in radio broadcasting, only strengthen her phenomenal skill set. She is a graduate of Barry University with a degree in Business and Communications, serves as an advisor for the Governor’s Florida Entertainment Advisory Board, and is an Executive Board member and past President of Film Florida.
Andrew Bieber, Photographer, Cinematographer & Videographer
Andy designs, transports, sets up, and operates production equipment, including video, audio and lighting equipment, for field and studio productions. Prior to any shot he reviews and understands client briefs, then works creatively to produce the desired product. He stays up to date with industry trends and tools that help create technically superior projects.
Andy began his career as Director of Photography for Quest Studios at Universal Studios. His feature film credits include Shakma, Kings Ransom, and Dream Trap, among others. He has since worked on hundreds of award-winning regional, national and international documentaries, TV series, and industrial and commercial television productions. He is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology with a degree in Photographic Illustration.
John A. Pavlakos, Producer and Innovator
John Pavlakos is the President and Founder of Response Digital Media. He brings over 30 years of experience as an owner, producer, and innovator in both domestic and international digital advertising sales, broadcast, and production environments. From 2000-2012, John built and managed DRTV, the largest production studio in Central Florida, creating thousands of commercials, infomercials, video presentations and websites. As owner of Alternative Cable Systems from 1985-2000, he negotiated licensing agreements with content providers such as Twentieth Century Fox and HBO, while owning and operating Cable TV and Closed-Circuit TV systems in hotels, residential, and commercial properties throughout Central Florida.
A multiple award recipient from the Florida Motion Picture & Television Association, John views the Exceptional Patriotism Award bestowed upon him by the Legion of Valor as one of his highest professional achievements. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Florida.
Robert Khan, Web Developer and Programmer
Robert is responsible for designing, coding and modifying websites, from layout to function, according to a client’s specifications. He creates visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation, and develops custom software according to a client’s needs. Robert oversees front-end, backend, database and server solutions for mobile apps, web applications and desktop.
With over 15 years’ experience, he has developed hundreds of custom websites and written tens of thousands of lines of code. Proficient in PHP, MySQL, CSS, JavaScript, J query, HTML, CSS3, HTML5, and XHTML, Robert also specializes is in database development and management and Google Maps API. Robert graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College.
